Resort-style swimming/lap pools, child-safe indoor playground, theater room, a spa and wellness center, fully-equipped gym, Wi-fi lounge, business center and boutique mall with cozy restaurants and quaint shops are just steps away from your Elements.

Solar Panels. Elements Residences is equipped with solar panels which efficiently absorb solar rays converting it into electricity thru the photovoltaic method.  The power that will be generated by these solar panels will illuminate the Sky Garden and Hanging Garden at night as well as other common areas in the building.
Green Roofs. These are building rooftops covered with a variety of vegetation.  This will serve many eco-efficient functions such as rainwater absorption, building insulation and may also have an impact on lowering urban air temperature.  Element’s green roof will be designed both in the Sky garden and taken a step further in the Hanging Garden. 
Light Emitting Diodes (Led) Lights. This is a lighting technology that will further improve the energy efficiency of modern lighting fixtures.  Common areas ordinarily use compact fluorescent lamps and this will be replaced by LED lights.  This will then save up an approximate 80% of electricity.  Further, it has a life span of five years which is five times an ordinary fluorescent lamp and it contains no mercury. 
Rainwater Catchment. This facility provides sustainable water specially during rainy season.  The collected rainwater irrigates the Sky Garden and Hanging Garden and serves as water storage system for building maintenance.  It also reduces the rainwater runoff into the cities sewage system; hence, helps prevent floods and helps prevent fast clogging of drainage and canals.
Smart Controllers. This technology dramatically improves energy efficiency by channeling electricity only when motion is detected.  This equipment will be installed in the common areas of the building which most of the time is unused.  Through this technology, lights in this area will be off and will only automatically switch on once it detects movement.  It also helps regulate air conditioning in selected areas of the building.  Thus, this measure substantially reduces overall electricity cost and consumption of the building.. 
Low Flow Fixtures. This modified common household fixtures which substantially lessens yearly water consumption of a typical family by an approximately 22,000 gallons.  This will be applied not only to toilet fixtures but also to shower heads, bidets and kitchen faucet.
Recylcing. Elements’ business center and administration office will also partake in the eco-efficiency of the whole building.  Recycling and reusing will be a common practice.  From the use of recycled paper, to refillable ink print cartridges, refurbished computers and rechargeable batteries.
