We need people who are willing to answer all our questions as the start of our long time business relationships. While helping our prospective clients and investors get the dream homes they deserve, we are at the same time making our living worthwhile. As an Property Consultant you are dedicated to provide our clients with the guidance, coaching and attentive care to give them top-down knowledge of our property spectrum. You’ll join a network of experienced real estate professionals. You’ll guide buyers through the purchase of their properties, from prospecting to the closing of the sales. You will work closely with them to offer helpful services and advice. You will make sure that your clients have all the information they need to set selling prices, make offers, and negotiate a great deal. You are paid a commission which is a percentage of the sale price of each transaction, so your earning potential is unlimited.
As Referral Agent, all referrals are treated as confidential. Your referral will be registered by this process. You will be contacted by the appropriate associate to let you know that your referral has been received and discuss the details.
You will email us the name of the person to contact; the phone number, property interested with, brief description of what is required so that the assignment can be directed to a Property Consultant who specializes in the field.
We give REFERRAL FEES through buyers you refer to us other than yourself, or your relative you are representing or who asked you to contact us. Fees are commensurate to the Total Contract Price of the property they buy from us. You may refer your family, associates and friends to buy real estate properties through us.
